Administrators in Mount Vernon School District 80 earn an average of $109,761 per year, ranking 430th highest in the state, according to the Illinois State Board of Education.

The average salary in the district in 2024 was 7.9% higher than in 2023 and 10% more than in 2022. District administrators made 8.1% less than the state average of $119,384.
