a. Approval of agenda 

b. Approve and sign the minutes of the regular meeting on December 18, 2025. 

c. Approve bills, payroll, and Treasurer’s Report 

d. To dispose of closed session verbatim audio recordings up to eighteen months back. 

e. Approve the 2026 Board Meeting Dates and Times. – Was removed from the consent agenda.
