2. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM THE JANUARY 27, 2025 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING.

3. APPROVAL TO OPEN BIDS AND POTENTIALLY APPROVE AN ORDINANCE SELLING THE WEST FRANKFORT OLD LAKE.

4. DISCUSSION, WITH POSSIBLE ACTION, REGARDING SETTING A STIPEND FOR THE ADA COORDINATOR.

5. APPROVAL TO PAY AN INVOICE FROM ATLAS IN THE AMOUNT OF $16,990.00 FOR INTERIM BILLING FOR AUDIT SERVICES FOR YEAR ENDED APRIL 20, 2024 FOR THE CITY OF WEST FRANKFORT.

6. APPROVAL TO HIRE SKUTA CONSTRUCTION TO REPAIR SEWER LINE ON SOUTH 37 AND PAY AN INVOICE IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,710.00 FOR THE SEWER DEPARTMENT.

7. APPROVAL TO PAY AN INVOICE FROM JOHNSON CONTROLS SECURITY SOLUTIONS IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,981.54 FOR SECURITY MONITORING AT THE WEST FRANKFORT MALL.

8. APPROVAL TO PAY AN INVOICE FROM NOVACOM IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,650.16 FOR THE FINAL PAYMENT ON MOBILE RADIOS PURCHASED FOR THE WEST FRANKFORT FIRE DEPARTMENT.

9. DISCUSSION, WITH POSSIBLE ACTION, REGARDING APPROVAL TO PAY AN INVOICE FROM BAINE ROOFING COMPANY IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,048.00 FOR THE ROOF REPAIRS MADE FOR THE FOR THE FIRE/POLICE DEPARTMENT.

10. DISCUSSION, WITH POSSIBLE ACTION, REGARDING APPROVAL TO PAY AN INVOICE FROM JOHNSON’S AUTO & TRUCK REPAIR IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,452.80 FOR BREAK REPAIRS MADE ON ENGINE 6 FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT.
