A. Public Hearing and Recommendation – Gaming License Applications
Notice is hereby given that the West Frankfort Planning Commission will hold a public hearing during its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, June 23, 2025, at 6 p.m. at West Frankfort City Hall, 605 W. Main, West Frankfort, Illinois, for the purpose of receiving comments and making formal recommendations to the City Council regarding one or more gaming license applications submitted by individuals seeking licensure within the City of West Frankfort.
Interested person may appear in person to provide testimony or submit written comments for the record. The Commission may also consider applications from individuals not listed on any preliminary agenda, provided they appear in person at the hearing.
B. Other business brought before the commission
Discussion of other zoning, licensing, or land-use matters as may be presented or required under municipal code.
