On Friday, Feb. 7, former Woodlawn Community High School standout Lauren Harris’ current college team, the McKendree Bearcats, won 4-3 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Harding Bisons.
The game took place at Memorial Park. This was their first matchup against the Bisons this season.
The Bearcats’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 11 a.m. at Memorial Park against Missouri Southern State Lions.
