5. Action as a result of closed session

Recommendation is make a motion that student #283900, and their suspension from school on 1/24/2025 through 2/3/2025 be upheld as administered and the student be expelled from Mt. Vernon Township High School for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year, and all of the 2025-2026 school year, and the 1st semester of the 2026-2027 school year. Student #273900’s expulsion will be held in abeyance pending completion of all requirements at the ROE#13 Safe School Program. This motion, made by Terry Milt and seconded by Crystal Hemby, Passed.
