Recommendation is that student #261760 and their suspension from school on 10/31/2024 through 11/15/2024 be upheld as administered and the student be expelled from Mt. Vernon Township High School for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year and the 2025-2026 school year. Student #261760 expulsion will be upheld in abeyance pending completion of all requirements at the ROE#13 Safe School Program.
