On Friday, Feb. 21, former Mount Vernon Township High School standout Roman Harrison’s current college team, the Quincy Hawks, won 5-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Georgia Southwestern State Hurricanes.
The game took place at Hurricane Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Hurricanes this season.
The Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 1 p.m. at Hurricane Stadium against Georgia Southwestern State Hurricanes.
