On Saturday, April 5, former Sesser-Valier High School standout Olivia Tipton’s current college team, the McKendree Bearcats, won 8-4 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the UIS Prairie Stars.
The game took place at UIS Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Prairie Stars this season.
The Bearcats’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 12 p.m. at Bearcat Field against Lewis Flyers.
