Frankfort Town Board met July 9
Here is the minutes provided by the Board:
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Jim Moustis.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND ROLL CALL
Upon the roll being called, the following answered present:
Trustee Smith Trustee George Supervisor Moustis Trustee Miroballi and Trustee Griffin were absent. A quorum was declared present. Also present were the following: Hugh Stipan- Frankfort Ted Westerbert - Frankfort Square
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion was made by Trustee George and seconded by Trustee Smith to approve the Bi-monthly Minutes from the Monday, June 25, 2018 meeting. Upon taking the vote, all members voted aye. Nays, none.
Motion carried
APPROVAL OF BILLS
Motion was made by Trustee Smith and seconded by Trustee George to approve the bill's list as presented. The following roll call was taken: Trustee George – aye Trustee Smith - aye Supervisor Moustis - aye. Motion carried

BOARD COMMENTS
Trustee David Smith, noted that the Mokena 4th of July Parade is one of the largest such event in the south suburbs. Frankfort Township was proud to be one of the Eighty-one entries that made up the 2018 parade. In honor of the Illinois Bicentennial this year's parade theme was "200 Years of Amazing Things in Illinois."
ADJOURNMENT
Trustee George made a motion to adjourn. Trustee Smith seconded the motion. Upon taking the vote, all members voted aye, nays, none. Motion carried. The meeting closed at 7:04 p.m.
