Frankfort Town Board met June 11.

Here is the minutes provided by the Board: 

APPROVAL OF MINUTES 

Motion was made by Trustee Smith to approve the Bi-monthly Minutes from the Monday, May 14, 2018, meeting and seconded by Trustee Griffin. Upon taking the vote, all members voted aye. Nays, none.

APPROVAL OF BILLS 

Motion was made by Trustee Miroballi and seconded by Trustee Smith to approve the bill's list as presented. The following roll call was taken: Trustee Griffin - aye Trustee Smith – aye Trustee Miroballi - aye Supervisor Moustis – aye

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ELECTED OFFICIALS

Motion made by Trustee Smith and seconded by Trustee Griffin to approve the Appropriations Ordinance Resolution #0611-18 as presented. The following roll call was taken: Trustee Smith - aye

Motion made by Trustee Smith and seconded by Trustee Griffin to approve the Township Budget as presented. The following roll call was taken: Trustee Miroballi - aye Trustee Griffin - aye

Motion made by Trustee Smith and seconded by Trustee Miroballi to approve and declare surplus equipment list as presented. The following roll call was taken: Trustee Griffin - aye

BOARD COMMENTS 

Supervisor Jim Moustis, announced that we did take possession of the vacant land on the south west corner of 195th street and Harlem Avenue. The 2.31 acre donation is zoned commercial. The site was appraised and inspected.
