      14. Approval for the VFW to Hold their Annual Poppy Sale Roadblock on Friday, November 9, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday, November 10, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Intersection of Route 149 and Highway 37.

      15. Approval for Abate-Franklin County to Hold their Annual Fundraiser Roadblock Saturday, November 17, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the Intersection of Route 149 and Highway 37. (Their Previous Date of September 22, 2018 was Rained Out)
