City Comptroller and City Treasurer recommending approval to authorize pension funding for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 2019 and ending April 30, 2020 for the Fire Pension at $3,388,575 and for the Police Pension at $3,238,862.

Resolution Authorizing Notice Intended Annexation. (3007 N. 12th)

Resolution For Procurement Of Road Salt For The 2018/2019 Snow And Ice Season. (Unit price per ton of $68.88 with requested amount up to 3,200 tons in the amount of $220,416 with $200,000 from MFT and $20,416 from Central Services.)

Utilities and Engineering Director and Utilities Committee recommending approval of the quotes from Midwest Meter Inc., of Edinburg, IL totaling $13,460 for four 4” water meters.

Fire Chief, Administrative Services Director and the Airport Director recommending approval of the quote of $18,200 from University of Missouri-Columbia Fire and Rescue Training Institute for Quincy Fire Dept. training on “hot burn” dealing with large fuel spill fires and aircraft firefighting entry required by the FAA Compliance.
