The campaign committee Franklin County Republican Boosters owes a $1,050 fine imposed on Dec. 20, 2016, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $12,750 with Marion Presley listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show two area campaign committees owe a combined total of $20,700 in pending fines.
