There was one offender released on parole during the third quarter living near Illinois zip code 62856, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by North Egypt News.

The data shows that the man was released in the Menard zip code. The 42-year-old parolee wasn't a veteran.

He was sentenced to 4 years in prison for a crime against a person in 2018 when he was 40 years old.
