City Utility Billing Services Clerk Full Time - services water, sewer, and refuse customers. Computer experience required with Word and Excel preferred. Residency within Jefferson County, Illinois. Required to pass basic education test and background/credit checks. EO/ADA Employer Starting Rate: $11.00/hour. Application, release forms, and job description are available M-F, 8-5 in the Human Resource Office, 1100 Main Street, Mt. Vernon, Illinois 62864 or on-line at http://www.mtvernon.com/human-resources. Completed application and release forms are due by July 15, 2019.
