1. Call to Order
Highway Committee Meeting was called to order by Tim Marlow, at 6:00 P.M, in County Board Room.
2. Roll Call
Call of roll, the following committee members were present:
Tim Marlow, Steve Draege, Adam Ortgiesen, Jeff Williams, and Jeff Nowland
Others present: James Malone, Sean Wilkey, Brandon Simmons, Terry Knowles, and Sandra Wellmaker

A. Pay Monthly bills.
- Motion by Williams and seconded by Nowland to recommend to the full board to approve monthly claims as presented.

B. Approval of Fourth of July Resolution,
-Motion by Williams and seconded Ortgiesen by to approve the temporary road closures for the 4th of July celebration IL 15 from Marlow Road to Junction of IL 15 and Old route 15 from 5:00 P.M., until 12:00 A.M. July 4, 2019

C. Award of Brownsville, Road Grade Crossing Project
-Motion by Williams and seconded by Nowland to recommend to the full board to approve award of Railroad Project Section 17-04107-00-FP in Dodds Township to Stutz Excavating Co, from Alton, IL in the amount of Seventy-one thousand three hundred ninety-four dollars and 55/100 ($ 71394.55)

D. Award of Riddle Lane Pavement Preservation Project
-Motion by Williams and seconded by Draege to recommend to the full board to approve award of resurfacing job on Riddle Lane from Illinois 15 East to Dubois Road, to Microsurfacing Contractors, LLC, a Division of Byrne and Jones Holding Company at the bid price of Three hundred twenty-four thousand sixty-three dollars and 57/100 ($324,063.57)

E. Approval of Resolution for Improvement for Richview Road Byldge
-Motion by Ortgiesen and seconded by Williams to recommend to the full board to approve a resolution for replacing a structure 1 mile west of Boyd Road, Section 08-00200-00-BR, at the cost of $0.00. -

F. Award of Richview Road Bridge Project
Motion by Williams and seconded by Ortgiesen to recommend to the full board to approve award of a structure on Richview Road over Pierce Creek, 3 miles south-southeast of Boyd, Section 08-02000-00-BR, to E, T. Simonds Construction Company Carbondale, Illinois at the bid price of Six hundred seventy eight thousand two hundred ninety eight dollars and 43/100 ($ 678,298.43)
