Don’t miss MTA’s hottest summer workshop series, Hot Topics in Planning & Zoning. Held at four locations in August, this evening class digs into land use and zoning issues that are preempted from regulation by state or federal law. We’ll explore topics including short-term rentals, event barns, oil & gas facilities, mining operations and more.
