EWING TOWNSHIP: Nonpoint Source Program

Ewing Township issued the following announcement on July 23.

Nonpoint source control projects recommended in approved watershed management plans could receive funding through the state Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy. Proposals must include a 25 percent match and each application must be for a minimum of $25,000. Notice of Intent forms are due Aug. 14, with full applications from invited applicants due Oct. 11. The full text of the Request for Proposals, including eligibility criteria, forms and instructions, can be found at www.michigan.gov/nps in the "Grant Applicant Information" section. Additional information--including program priorities, the application process, and project and application tips--will be addressed via a free webinar on July 23 at 2 p.m. Registration is required.
