Zeigler-Royalton Community Unit School District 188 Board of Education met June 17. 

Here is the minutes as provided by the board:

The meeting was called to order by President, Randy Domineck, who asked for roll call.


ROLL CALL: Dover-absent; Vaughn-present; Domineck-present;

Chamness-present; Bush-[present; Olkoski-present; Kirkpatrick-present.

Mr. Hamilton reported the budget as follows:

In the education sund I project that the revenues will be $ 5,440,814 and the expenditures will be $ 5,086,220 with a projected balance on June 30 2019 of $433,744 In the building fund the projected revenues will be $ 34,037 and the expenditures will be $36,308 with a projected balance of $46,639. This will leave a. The debt services revenues are projected at $223,743 and the expenditures will be $326,858 with a projected balance $245,571,927 as of June 30 2019. In the transportation fund I project revenues will be $311,966 and expenditures will be $271,678 with a projected the ending balance will be $189,468. In the IMRE social security fund I project the revenues will be $237,120 and the expenditures will be $189,845 with a projected balance of $66,021. The capitol project expenditures are $53,100 with a projected fund balance of $124, 541. The working cash projected revenues will be $10,333, which will leave a balance of $40,395 as June 30 2019. The Tort fund projected revenues will be $138,463 and the expenditures are projected to be $137,814 with a projected balance of $649.

At this time the board will hear testimony from the public. There were no public questions.

At approximately 6:00 p.m., with nothing further to be brought before the Board, a motion was made by Mr. Domineck, seconded by Mr Olkoski, to adjourn.
