1. Call to Order 6:00 P.M.
II. Roll Call of Members Present - Members present were Joe Brown, Dorothy Johnson, and Jamie McGehee, Eric Shelton. Not Present were Ian Cooper, Jackie Gray and Eddie Vaughn,
III. Tammy Beckham Presented the Amended Budget. - There were no comments from the audience,
IV. Close Budget Hearing - Motion by Eric Shelton and second by Joe Brown at 6:03 P.M. Motion Carried
Regular Board Meeting
II. Roll Call of Members Present - Members present were Joe Brown, Dorothy Johnson, Jamie McGehee and Eric Shelton. Not Present were lan Cooper, Jackie Gray and Eddie Vaughn,
III. Visitors - Jessica Stout and Shelley McDowell.
IV. Reports to the Board
A. July 16h Board Meeting at 6:30.
B. Safety Grant update.
C. Summer Work update.
V. Approve Consent Agenda Items
A. Review and accept the consent agenda items, Motion by Jamie McGehee, second by Joe Brown. Motion Carried
VI. Action Items
A. Motion by Joe Brown and second by Jamie McGehee to approve the amended budget. Motion Carried
B. Motion by Eric Shelton and second by Jamie McGehee to adjourn to closed meeting at 6:25 P.M. Motion Carried
C. Motion by Eric Shelton and second by Joe Brown to return to open session at 6:50P.M. Motion Carried
D. Motion by Dottie Johnson and second by Jamie McGehee to accept Mrs. Effingers resignation. Motion Carried
VII. Motion for Adjournment - Motion by Jamie McGehee and second by Eric Shelton to adjourn the meeting at 6:55 P.M. Motion carried
