Mayor Kondritz Called The Meeting To Order. Commissioner Garavalia, Commissioner Storey, Commissioner Perkins, Commissioner Messersmith, And Mayor Kondritz Were Present For Roll Call.

Mayor Kondritz Asked Ted Anderson, A Representative For Hope Of Over Heroin, To Speak Before The Council. Mr. Anderson Stated That He Had Brought Rick Fowler, Don Robinson, And Steve Poynor With Him As Well. The Gentlemen Stated That They Would Like Permission To Close A Portion Of Hudelson Street To Do A Motorcycle Stunt Show And Symbolic Burn Out During The Hope Over Heroin Event.
