Prep-Freeze-Cook is a meal prep service, focused on bringing back family dinnertime and allowing you and your family time to spend together, minus the hassle of preparing dinner.
In November, we are featuring a clean eating menu. All meals are prepared using fresh ingredients – no preservatives. There's NO grocery shopping, NO prep work, and best of all – NO clean up!
It's so easy, especially on those busy nights. What do you have to do? That's easy: bring a basket to carry your meals home and come help assemble the meals.
Our registered dieticians will be on site to answer all of your nutritional questions!
