City of Zeigler issued the following announcement on Nov. 21.
Water service in Zeigler has been restored. Boil Water Order in effect until further notice.
A water break has been detected at Wilcox & Linden Street. Both water towers will be shut down disrupting water service to the entire City of Zeigler while repairs are ongoing. Water Department personnel are working to repair the issue as soon as possible. Once water service is restored a boil water order will be in effect.
