COMMITTEE MEMBERS PRESENT: JAMES MALONE, CHAIRMAN, STEVE DRAEGE & WAYNE HICKS
ABSENT: JERE SHAW & JOEY MCDERMOTT
OTHERS PRESENT: CLIFF LINDEMANN, ADAM ORTGIESEN, RANDY EDWARDS, SEAN WILKEY, JEFF WILLIAMS, TIM MARLOW, MARTIN BOYKIN, BOB WATT & SUZY TATE
No one was present for public input.
Motion by Steve Draege and seconded by Wayne Hicks to recommend to the Full Board to approve the Animal Shelter Report as presented. Motion Carried. Vote - 3 aye, 0 nay
Animal Warden Martin Boykin explained to the committee the state regulations for adoptions and/or impoundments in regards to fines and fees. Motion by Wayne Hicks and seconded by Steve Draege to recommend to the Full Board to approve the changes in fees/policies, Animal Control fines and fees/changes in claim process per requirements by the Dept. of Agriculture. Motion Carried. Vote- 3 aye, 0 nay
