Meeting called to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Waltonville High School Agriculture Room. Present: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Absent: None.
Motion by Banach, Seconded by Anderson at 7:42 p.m. to go into closed session for the purpose of Discussing the Appointment, Employment, Compensation, Discipline, Performance or Dismissal of Specific Employees, and Student Discipline. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris and Walker. Nay: None. Motion carried.
Motion by Walker, Seconded by Anderson to come out of closed session at 8:42 p.m. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris and Walker. Nay: None. Motion carried.
