Take into evidence and consideration of a special use application, submitted by Jeff Shockley to own and occupy a 1981 Happy House 14’ x 60’ Manufactured Home, located at 405 West Taylor Street, Benton IL. Legal as follows: West one-half of lots 3 and 4 in Block 2 in Layman’s Addition to the City of Benton (Parcel No. 0819102008)

IV. Take into evidence and consideration of a zoning change of property on East Illinois Avenue: Part of the West One-Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section Seven, Township 6 South, Range Three East of the Third Principal Meridian described as commencing at the Northeast corner thereof, thence Westerly along the North line thereof a distance of 297.5 feet to the beginning of this description, thence Southerly along a line parallel to the East line of Franklin Heights Addition to a point that is 666 feet North of Lot Sixteen in said Franklin Heights Addition, thence Westly along the North line of the parcel conveyed to Benton Apartments Limited PArtership by deed dated November 17, 1997 and recorded December 17, 1997 as Document No 97-9138 a distance of 458 feet to the Northwest corner of said parcel conveyed deed 97-9138, thence Northerly to the South line of Illinois Street in Benton, IL, thence Easterly along said South line to the point of beginning, subject to prior reservations, exceptions and conveyances of the coal, oil, gas and other minerals underlying the same, situated in Franklin County Illinois (Parcel Index No. part of 0807401003) Requesting change from R-3 to I-1.
