Special Board meeting called to order at 6:30 P.M.
Present: Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Absent: Anderson.
Motion by Banach, Seconded by Walker, to go into closed session at 6:33 P.M. for the purpose of the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees, specific individuals who serve as independent contractors, or specific volunteers of the District or legal counsel for the District, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee, a specific individual who serves as an independent contractor, or a volunteer of the District or against legal counsel for the District to determine its validity, and student discipline. 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (1). Yea: Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Devor, Seconded by Walker, to come out of closed session at 9:54 P.M. Yea: Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: one. Motion Carried.
Motion by Walker, Seconded by Eastham, to approve Grade School Roof Replacement Alt. Bid 1, in the amount of $7,750.00. Yea: Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Discussion of Grade School and High School Handbook 2020-2021. No Action Taken.
Motion by Devor, Seconded by Walker, to hire Nicole Wynn as the Grade School Computer Teacher for the 2020-2021 School Year. Yea: Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Motion Carried.
