Board meeting called to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Waltonville High School Agriculture Room. Present: Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick and Walker. Absent: Anderson and Norris.
Motion by Walker, Seconded by Eastham to hire Bethany Anderson as a high school math teacher for the 2020/2021 school year. Yea: Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick and Walker. Nay: None. Motion carried.
Motion by Walker, Seconded by Eastham to adjourn at 6:38 p.m. Y ca: Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick and Walker. Nay: None. Motion carried.
