Regular Board meeting called to order at 6:46 P.M.
Present: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Frick, and Walker.
Absent: Eastham
Motion by Anderson, Seconded by Walker, to approve the minutes of the July 23rd, 2020, with amendedment of adding hiring assistant baseball coach, Todd Schoenbaechler. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Walker, Seconded by Anderson, to approve the minutes of the Special Board meeting for July 28th, 2020. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Anderson, Seconded by Walker, to approve the Treasurers report and the additional bills of $3854.15. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Walker, Seconded by Anderson, to set the budget hearing for September 24th , 2020 at 6:15 P.M. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Walker, Seconded by Anderson, to accept the bids from Bimbo Bakery for the 2020-2021 school year. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Walker, Seconded by Anderson, to approve the Transportation Resolution, for the 2020-2021 school year. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Walker, Seconded by Anderson, to approve the Special Education Resolution for the Principal to act on behalf ofWCUSD #1, in the Superintendent's absence, at the Franklin Jefferson executive Board Meetings. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Walker, Seconded by Anderson, to approve the tentative budget for the 2020-2021 school year. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
