Waltonville Community Unit School District 1 Board of Education met Aug. 10.

Meeting called to order at 7:42 p.m. in the Waltonville High School Agriculture Room.
Present: Anderson, Banach, Frick and Walker. Norris arrived at 7:50 p.m.
Motion by Walker, Seconded by Norris at 8:22 p.m. to go into closed session forthe purpose of discussing the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees, specific individuals who serve as independent contractors, or specific volunteers of the District or legal counsel for the District, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee, a specific individual who serves as an independent contractor, or a volunteer of the District or against legal counsel for the District to determine its validity, and student discipline. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Frick, Norris and Walker. Nay: None.
Motion carried.
Motion by Anderson, Seconded by Walker to come out of closed session at 10:00 p.m. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Frick, Norris and Walker. Nay: None. Motion carried.
