Special Board meeting called to order at 7:42 P.M. Present: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, and Walker. Absent: Norris
Norris arrived at 7:50 P.M.
Motion by Norris, Seconded by Banach, to amend the agenda to include hiring Assitant Principal. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Walker, Seconded by Banach, to go into closed session at 8:22 P.M. for the purpose of the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees, specific individuals who serve as independent contractors, or specific volunteers of the District or legal counsel for the District, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee, a specific individual who serves as an independent contractor, or a volunteer of the District or against legal counsel for the District to determine its validity, and student discipline. S ILCS 120/2 (c) (1). Yea: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.

Motion by Walker, Seconded by Anderson, to accept the resignation of Allen Haley as athletic director of the Grade School and High School. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Walker, Seconded by Norris, to hire Terry Hale for full-time custodian, at $14.50, for the 2020-2021 school year. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Walker, Seconded by Anderson, to hire Andy Janello as High School Athletic Director, for the 2020- 2021 school year. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Walker, Seconded by Anderson, to hire Andy Janella as the Boys Golf Coach, for the 2020-2021 school year. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Eastham. Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Walker, Seconded by Banach, to hire Bethany Anderson as the High School math teacher, for the 2020-2021 school year. Yea: Banach, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Abstain: Anderson Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Walker, Seconded by Banach, to accept the volunteer Girls Golf Coach, Larry Ellis. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Walker, Seconded by Anderson, to hire part time custodian for COVID for the 2020-2021 school year, Bill Eastham, at $14.50. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried
Motion by Walker, Seconded by Anderson, to pay Andy Janello for Athletic Director work, $1,000. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Norris, Seconded by Banach, to hire Assistant Principal. Garrett Wingo at a salary of $53,000, with a two year contract. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
