Here is the minutes provided by the board:

Learning Hearing called to order 6:15 P.M. Present: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Frick, Eastham, and Walker. 

Norris arrived 6:19 P.M. 

Discussion of E-Learning Plan. 

Motion by Walker, Seconded by Anderson, to adjourn at 6:20 P.M. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried. 

Regular Board meeting called to order at 6:30 P.M. Present: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. 

Motion by Anderson, Seconded by Walker, to approve the minutes of the Regular Board meeting for September 24, 2020. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried. 

Motion by Walker, Seconded by Anderson, to approve the closed session minutes of the September 24, 2020. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried. 

Motion by Anderson, Seconded by Walker, to approve the Treasurers report and the additional bills of $2,013.86. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried. 

Bo Thomas with Glass & Shuffett, Ltd, presented annual audit report. Estimated financial profile where all 4's. 

Motion by Anderson, Seconded by Eastham, to approve the Annual Audit presented by Glass & Shuffett, Ltd. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried. 

Motion by Anderson, Seconded by Walker, to approve the E-Learning Plan with the exception of adding Attendance through Teacher Ease. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried. 

Motion by Walker, Seconded by Anderson, to approve the purchase of Wabash Rock, not to exceed $4000.00. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried. 

Motion by Walker, Seconded by Anderson, to approve the IASB Press Board policy updates 104 and 105. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried. 

Motion by Walker, Seconded by Anderson, to go into closed session at 7:29 P.M. for the purpose of the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees, specific individuals who serve as independent contractors, or specific volunteers of the District or legal counsel for the District, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee, a specific individual who serves as an independent contractor, or a volunteer of the District or against legal counsel for the District to determine its validity, and student discipline. 5 ILCS 120/2 (c)(1). Yea: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried. 

Motion by Anderson, Seconded by Devor, to go into open session at 10:08 P.M. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried. 

Motion by Walker, Seconded by Anderson, to approve Hannah Koch as the Grade School Yearbook Sponsor for the 2020-2021 school year. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion carried. 

Motion by Walker, Seconded by Anderson to hire a teacher's aide. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried. 

Discussion of Plexiglass dividers for desks, tabled. 

Discussion of Grade School lockers, tabled. 

Superintendent's Contract, tabled. 

Principal's report given by Mr. Dagner. 

Athletic Director's report given by Andy Janello. 

Motion by Anderson, Seconded by Walker, to adjourn at 10:25 P.M. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
