Board President Steve Tate called the special meeting to order at 8:30 Upon roll call the following were present: Doug Shafer, Jessica Case, Crystal Marlow, Jenny Sneed, and Travis Cameron. Superintendent Dr. Shane Gordon was present. Visitors were Chris Holloway

Motion: Shafer-"to approve agenda."

Motion: Sneed-"to go to executive session at 8:50 p.m."
