Waltonville Community Unit School District #1 School Board met March 24.

Meeting called to order at 6:26p.m. in the Waltonville High School Agriculture Room. Present: Anderson, Banach, Fassett, Klingler, Norris, Schafer and Smith. Absent: None.
Motion by Fassett, Seconded by Anderson at 6:26 p.m. to go into closed session for the purpose of discussing the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees, specific individuals who serve as independent contractors, or specific volunteers of the District or legal counsel for the District, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee, a specific individual who serves as an independent contractor, or a volunteer of the District or against legal counsel for the District to determine its validity, and student discipline. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Fassett, Klingler, Norris, Schaefer and Smith. Nay: None. Motion carried.
Motion by Anderson, Seconded by Klingler to come out of closed session at 7:35 p.m. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Fassett, Klingler, Norris, Schaefer, and Smith.. Nay: None. Motion carried.
