Bluford Unit School District 318 Board of Education met April 21.

Board Vice President Jenny Sneed called the regular meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Upon roll call the following members were present: Crystal Marlow, Jessica Case, Katelyn Lewis and Doug Shafer. Superintendent Dr. Shane Gordon, Kim McCormick, Cindy Birkner, Jaxon Pierce, and Ashley Snow were present.
Motion: Case-"to approve agenda." Second: Marlow Action: Voice Vote: All Yeas: MOTION CARRIED.
Motion: Case "approve consent agenda." Second: Shafer Action: Roll Call Vote: Yeas: Marlow, Case, Lewis, Shafer, and Sneed. MOTION CARRIED
Administrative reports and building reports were addressed
Motion: Shafer-"to go to executive at 6:17 p.m." Second: Lewis Action: Voice Vote: All Yeas: MOITON CARRIED.
Motion: Lewis-"to come out of executive at 7:00 p.m." Second: Shafer Action: Voice Vote: All Yeas: MOITON CARRIED.
Motion: Case-"to approve April personnel report." Second: Lewis Action: Roll Call Vote: Yeas: Marlow, Case, Lewis, Shafer and Sneed. MOTION CARRIED.
Motion: Shafer-"to approve Consolidated District Plan." Second: Marlow Action: Voice Vote: All Yeas: MOTION CARRIED.
Motion: Lewis-"to approve increase of athletic officials to $75.00." Second: Marlow Action: Roll Call Vote: Yeas: Marlow, Case, Lewis, Shafer, and Sneed. MOTION CARRIED.
Motion: Marlow-"to adjourn at 7:03 p.m." Second: Lewis Action: Voice Vote: All Yeas: MOTION CARRIED.
