A regular board meeting was held at the high school. The meeting was called to order by Scott Owens at 6:00 pm. Roll Call was taken with the above members present. Also Present: Eric Helbig, Sandra Kabat, Belinda Kirgan, Joseph Lamacchia, Noelle Lamacchia, Heather Taaka, Chad Skinner, Tyson Sledge

A motion was made by Chad Phelps and seconded by Jeff Burkett to open the hearing for the banning of an individual from school events and functions for up to one year. A motion was made by Dianne Fritschle and seconded by Jeff Burkett to go into closed session at 7:23 p.m. for the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the District or legal counsel for the District, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee or against legal counsel for the District to determine its validity (5 ILCS 120/2 © (1) and Collective negotiating matters between the District and its employees or their representatives or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees. (5 ILCS 120/2 ©, (2)).

A motion was made by Dianne Fritchle and seconded by Michele Chesnek to set the WGS/WHS athletic official pay rates as follows for 2022-2023 school year: WGS basketball $35- 1 game / WGS basketball $75 -2 games / WGS volleyball $35- 1 game/ WGS volleyball $75- 2 games/ WGS baseball & softball $75 per game/ WHS Varsity basketball $75 per game/ WHS JV basketball $65 per game/ WHS $110 2 games/ WHS Volleyball $75/ WHS baseball and softball $75 per game.
