Board President called the regular meeting to order at 6:10 p.m. Upon roll call the following members were present: Jenny Sneed, Jessica Case, Crystal Marlow, Angela Schrum, Kaitlyn Lewis, and Doug Shafer. Superintendent Dr. Shane Gordon, Nicole Henson, Kim McCormick, Ashley Snow, Amanda Strohschein, and Cindy Birkner were present.
Motion: Lewis-"approve agenda."

Motion: Sneed- "to approve consent agenda."
Second: Shafer
