Waltonville Community Unit School District #1
Meeting called to order at 6:22p.m. in the Waltonville High School Agriculture Room. Present: Banach, Fassett, Klinger, Norris, Schaefer and Smith. Absent: Anderson.
Motion by Fassett, Seconded by Smith at 6:22p.m. to go into closed session for the purpose of discussing the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees, specific individuals who serve as independent contractors, or specific volunteers of the District or legal counsel for the District, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee, a specific individual who serves as an independent contractor, or a volunteer of the District or against legal counsel for the District to determine its validity, and student discipline. Yea: Banach, Fassett, Klinger, Norris, Schaefer and Smith. Nay: None. Motion carried.
Motion by Smith, Seconded by Klingler to come out of closed session at 6:41p.m. Yea: Banach, Fassett, Klingler, Norris, Schaefer and Smith. Nay: None. Motion carried.
Basis for the finding that litigation is probable or imminent, if applicable (5 ILCS 120/2(C)(11): Nothing reported.
The Board of Education, during its semi-annual review of closed session minutes, has decided these minutes no longer need confidential treatment. 5 İLCS 120/2.06(d).
