Student #232320, and their suspension from school on 10/25/2022 through 11/2/2022 be upheld as administered and the student be expelled from MVTHS for the remainder of the 2022-2023 school year. Student #232320's expulsion will be held in abeyance pending completion of all requirements at the ROE#13 Safe School Program.
