The Dix Village Board met in regular scheduled sessio at the Dix Village Hall. Village President, Kurt Karcher, called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
Roll Call:
Trustees Present: Judy Bronson, Whitney Lipps, Tiffany Gentles, David Barron
Trustees Absent: Matt Renaud, Sean Wilkey
Officers Present: Kurt Karcher - Village President, Sharon Bean - Village Treasurer, Brandy Mount Clerk
Officers Absent:
A motion was made to approve the regular board meeting minutes for October 2022 by Tiffany Gentles. A second to the motion was made by Judy Bronson.
Motion Carried: 4-0
Treasurer Report: A motion to accept the Treasurer's Report was made by Judy Bronson. A second to motion was made by Whitney Lipps.
Motion Carried: 4-0
Payment of bills: A motion to approve payment of the bills was made by Judy Bronson. A second to the motion was made by Tiffany Gentles.

Building and Grounds Committee:
Bathrooms are closed at the park, and water shut off. Market Days were a success. Pest Control came 11-9-22. Several rentals are booked.
Street and Alley Committee:
Judy contacted Paul for update on Meadow Lane, awaiting response.
Police Commission Committee:
Police have been patrolling pretty frequently. No other report.

Motion made by Whitney Lipps to award the Municipal Insurance coverage from RMA. A second to the motion was made by Tiffany Gentles.

Item #3: Approve Quote from Spectrum for Village Internet and Phone Service
A motion was made by Tiffany Gentles to accept the Spectrum quote for Internet and Phone for both Village and the Park for total of $185.93. A second to the motion was made by Judy
Bronson.

46 Vendors, several vendors sold out.

Item #6 Discussion of Trunk-or-Treat Event
12 trunks, last year they had 8 trunks. Fire department blocked the road and let kids get into the trucks. Bought 200 hot dogs, and was out before the first hour. Had to run to D.G and grab some more. 412 tickets were given out to vote for best trunk. 618AXE donated for 1st place, 2nd place Roadhouse Harley Davidson goodies, 3rd place Wendy's gift card.

Tiffany Gentles made a motion to continue the Christmas Décor Contest with 1st place $100, 2nd place gift basket rough value up to $60, 3rd place $20 cookie basket. A second to the motion was made by Whitney Lipps.

Kurt Karcher: Needing to get a 911 address for 520 W. South St.

Sharon Bean asked about renting the church, Whitney Lipps stated it's owned By Stan Rudolph and it's a Bed and Breakfast being rent out.
