City of Sesser City Council met September 26.
Here is the minutes as provided by the council:
A special meeting of the Sesser City Council was held on Monday, September 26, 2022 at City Hall. It was called to order by Mayor Ashmore at 6:18 PM following a public hearing that started at 5:45 PM and ran long.
Those in attendance were David Bates, Wayne Shannon, Jeff Hamburger.
Mayor Ashmore will vote to make quorum.
Mayor Ashmore and Mike Roberts, from Brown & Roberts presented information during the public hearing and in the council meeting of the ITEP grant application proposal.
A motion was made by David Bates and 2nd by Jeff Hamburger to approve/pass Resolution #21-2022 in support of the ITEP grant proposal and to move forward with the application process. All of those in attendance voted in favor of the motion. Motion carried.
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by David Bates and 2nd by Wayne Shannon at 6:24 PM. All of those in attendance were in favor of the motion. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 6:24 PM.
