Regular Meeting, called to order at 6:30 P.M. Present: Anderson, Banach, Fassett, Klingler, Norris, Schaefer, and Smith. Absent: None.
Motion by Anderson, Seconded by Smith to approve the Consent Agenda, including additional bills of $19,380.87. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Fassett, Klingler, Norris, Schaefer, and Smith. Nay: None. Motion carried.
Public comment: 2 guests spoke to board regarding Co-Op with Sesser Girls.
Motion by Fassett, Seconded by Anderson to approve the resignation of teacher's aide, Taylor Frank. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Fassett, Klingler, Norris, Schaefer, and Smith. Nay: None. Motion carried.
Motion by Anderson, Seconded by Klingler to approve the FY2022 District Audit. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Fassett, Klingler, Norris, Schaefer, and Smith. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Run for the Wall Presentation given.
Discussion on District Emergency Days. No action taken.
