5. Action as a result of closed session
Recommendation is that student #241140, and their suspension from school on November 14, 2022 through November 21, 2022 be upheld as administered and the student be expelled from Mt. Vernon Township High School for the remainder of the 2022-2023 school year. Student may re-enroll at the Alternative School beginning August of 2023. Recommendation it approve a base big of $1,040,000 from ATG for the stadium improvement project. Alternate bids of $6,000.00 for a ten year warranty, $3,840 each for 10 x 7 turf ad panels, $7.85/SY for code L stabilization and $8.65/SY for cement stabilization are also recommended for approval.
