INFORMATIONAL
Dr. Ferrell discussed Phase II of the Cairo Building Project. Dr. Ferrell said he had posed several questions to Dr. Rice about the current building project:
• What is the overall cost of the project?
• What is the current fund for the project?
• What are the capital funds for the project?
• What are some other expenses for the project including, water and other items?
Dr. Ferrell said that Dr. Rice indicated that the BOE passed the school bond and rest of the expenses out of Esser III Funds for the multipurpose facility.
The District is budgeted for the multipurpose facility at a cost of $4,668,432 from those bond funds and Esser III funds.
