Herbs: From Garden to Kitchen

In this class you will learn how to identify, harvest, and preserve your fresh herbs. Discuss the classifications of culinary herbs and extend your culinary experience by interacting with a Rend Lake College chef! Chef Fairbanks will prepare items using fresh and dried herbs that are local to southern Illinois. Bring a friend or come alone to enjoy a unique night out!
$15 (plus a $5 supply fee)
