(4) Approve the resignation of Katrice Edmonds, as a permanent sub at the Cairo JR/SR High School, effective, Friday April 21st, 2023.
(5) Approve the staff needs for 2023-2024 school year based on enrollment and physical projection.
(6) Approve the construction management contract with Veregy.
(7) Approve the construction performance contract with Veregy.
(8) Approve the Food Service Contract Extension with Chartwells Foods (1 year).
(9) Approve the community partnership with Delta Sigma Theta to promote educational awareness.
(10) Approve the Tri-County Youth Recreation Program Partnership.
(11) Approve the 2023-2024 Pupil Transportation Extension Proposal (Robinson Transportation).
(12) Approve two Harold Jones community Partnerships.
(13) Approve hiring of Montez Smith as a permanent social studies sub pending Illinois certification (teacher).
