Recommendation is to rescind the contract offer made to Sesser Pave and Seal; I further move to declare Rooters American Maintenance, Inc. as the lowest responsible bidder on the paving bid and to award them the District's paving contract for the sum of $92,934.00 on the terms set forth in the District's bid documents. This motion, made by Terry Knowles and seconded by Kathy Asbery, Passed.
