There were 553 white students enrolled in Sesser-Valier Community Unit School District 196 in the 2021-22 school year, 5.1% more than the previous year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education report.

Data showed that Sesser-Valier Community Unit School District 196 welcomed 646 students during the 2021-22 school year. Among them, white students comprised 92.8% of the student body to be the most represented ethnicity in the district.

Sesser-Valier Community Unit School District 196 roughly covers schools within Franklin County and has a main office in Sesser.

Among the three schools in Sesser-Valier Community Unit School District 196, Sesser-Valier Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of white students in the 2021-22 school year, with a total of 246 students.
