Regular Board Meeting called to Order 6:00 p.m.
Present: Anderson,Fassett,Kash,Klingler,Lamke,Norris, Osborn Absent: None.
Motion by Klingler, Seconded by Lamke to amend the agenda to give the superintendent authority to hire a High School English teacher, Junior High Math teacher, and Elementary Teacher's Aide.

Nay: None.
Motion by Klingler, Seconded by Kash to approve the hire of Melissa Szopinski as the High School Principal at a salary of $67,000 with a 2 year contract and a minimum salary increase of 3 percent the second year.

Motion by Anderson, Seconded by Klingler to approve the estimate from Men in White to remodel the high school locker rooms and restrooms including ceilings, walls, and floors for a total cost of $18,450.00
